Georgia Food Permit Holders

Mandatory. Georgia requires at least one food service manager on staff who has successfully completed a food safety-training program and passed an ANSI-CFP exam. For all new establishments, there is a 90-day grace period to comply with the mandatory manager certification. During this 90-day period, the manager or person in charge must demonstrate food safety knowledge. For existing food establishments, manager certification shall be implemented by 11/2009.

ATLANTA AREA SERVSAFE® MANAGER CERTIFICATION CLASS & TEST – April/May 2010

Monday, April 12th – One Day Class & Test 9am-6pm

Holiday Inn NW – Marietta, GA

Tuesday, April 20th – One Day Class & Test 9am-6pm

Buckhead Club – Atlanta, GA

Thursday, April 29th – One Day Class & Test 9am-6pm

One Ninty One Club – Atlanta, GA

Saturday, May 1st – One Day Class & Test 9am-6pm

Thursday, May 13th – One Day Class & Test 9am-6pm

Buckhead Club – Atlanta, GA

This schedule is tentative and can be changed to meet a group needs.  If you have a group that you would like to schedule a class for please contact our office to schedule.

All classes are subject to 10-person minimum. If less than 10 people you will be schedule for the next class in your area. Registering for a class under 7 days prior to the class the class price will be increased by $20 and books will need to be shipped 2nd day air or overnight. Sign up for the class in our online store.

One-Day Classes – Monday – Thursday, $160.00 per person

Two Night Classes – Monday/Tuesday, $185.00 per person

Weekend Classes – Saturday – Sunday, $185.00 per person

Price does not include shipping or  a 4% sales tax (Chicago , IL Sales Tax) is charged on the book ($70.30).

·       Orders are shipped within 2 business days and must be placed before 3:00pm CST or the order will be processed the next day.

·       Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays and orders shipped via UPS Next or 2nd Day Air may not be delivered until 7:00 PM.

·       We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes.

Class price includes – ServSafe Essentials Book, Answer Sheet, Class Supplies, Snacks and Beverage.  Lunch/Dinner may be available at an extra cost.

** On Demand Classes are available online anytime if you do not have time to come to a class.
