STATE REQUIREMENT
In order to receive the 2 additional points during inspection a manager or other employee responsible for operation of that facility and who is a full time employee there has completed the food service sanitation program approved by the department within the past 3 years. All classes have to be instructor lead for 12 hours. 1st Day Class - 9am - 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break, 2nd Day 11 am - 5pm with the test given at the end of class
