Do you meet state requirement? Each establishment must have at least one certified food safety manager employed full-time. Eight hours of training is mandatory for certification or re-certification of a ANSI-CFP approved program & test.

  • Class Size – 8 person minimum, 35 people maximum

    • PLEASE NOTE: Classes with less than 8 students are subject to be rescheduled. You will be notified 3 days prior to the class date if the class has been rescheduled via email.
  • Before Class - Please take time to review the study guide, take the pre-test and review the video's prior to class. Some of the information will not be covered in class that will be on the test and is in these items. A web link will be provided to you for this information to download/view upon after conformation of payment is received.

  • Time - 9:00am - 6pm Lecture, 5:30 - 6:00pm Review, 6:00 PM Test/ReTest (If you are doing the online express test make sure you bring your laptop with WiFi)

  • Food & Beverage - Coffee & Soft Drinks all day and 45 minute lunch break around 1:00pm

The SuperSafeMark course is a nationally recognized food sanitation certification training program developed by the Food Marketing Institute. Designed for grocery store and retail managers, it educates participants on food hazards and appropriate food handling practices. This course uses the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals exam which is recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and has been verified to meet CFP standards by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).


Do you meet state requirement? By 1/1/2010 at least one person in charge in a Risk 3 or Risk 4 establishment shall be a certified food protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through obtaining a food safety certificate by passing a food safety certification examination administered by an accredited certifying program recognized by the Conference for Food Protection. For multiple permitted establishments within one physical structure and under the same operation ownership, such as multiple departments within one retail grocery store, the permit holder or their designee may be any one person with supervisory authority over any department.

    The SuperSafeMark course is a nationally recognized food sanitation certification training program developed by the Food Marketing Institute. Designed for grocery store and retail managers, it educates participants on food hazards and appropriate food handling practices. This course uses the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals exam which is recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and has been verified to meet CFP standards by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).


    Do you meet state requirement? By 1/1/2010 at least one person in charge in a Risk 3 or Risk 4 establishment shall be a certified food protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through obtaining a food safety certificate by passing a food safety certification examination administered by an accredited certifying program recognized by the Conference for Food Protection. For multiple permitted establishments within one physical structure and under the same operation ownership, such as multiple departments within one retail grocery store, the permit holder or their designee may be any one person with supervisory authority over any department.

  • Class Size – 6 people minimum, 35 people maximum

  • Before Class - Please take time to review the study guide, take the pre-test and review the video's prior to class. Some of the information will not be covered in class that will be on the test and is in these items. A web link will be provided to you for this information to download/view upon after conformation of payment is received.

  • Time - 9:00am - 6pm Lecture, 5:30 - 6:00pm Review, 6:00 PM Test/ReTest (If you are doing the online express test make sure you bring your laptop with WiFi)

  • Food & Beverage - Coffee & Soft Drinks all day and 45 minute lunch break around 1:00pm

  • Books & Test - Will be given out the day of the class. If you have your own books please download & print out the new 2009 FDA Food Code update to the 5th Edition - Download Link

    The SuperSafeMark course is a nationally recognized food sanitation certification training program developed by the Food Marketing Institute.
